Hello! My name is Curly

Domestic Short Hair

About Me

Fosters have successfully gotten Curly comfortable with them and they are able to pet him. Curly now walks up to initiate pets and ear scratches. Curly is still frightened of humans. Foster is working with him as is able to pet him while he eats or suckles on his blanket. He needs a home with someone that is willing to put in the time to reassure his safety. He has never been aggressive. When you hold him is a blanket he hides his head and purrs while you scratch his ears. Food is a huge motivator and a good time to reassure him and handle him. He is making so much progress! Curly has made amazing progress socializing with his foster mom and dad! This brave boy came into our rescue scared of human touch. With some major patience and a lot of love, Curly has blossomed into a fun, teenage kitten! Curly needs a home that can provide him that same patience and love. Curly loves to bond with his foster family during dinner time. He knows if he sticks around long enough, he's sure to catch a piece of baked chicken for a treat! Curly does amazing with the other cats and dogs in the home. Curly prefers not to be picked up, and good luck if you try. He's a quick and smart boy! Curly doesn't have an aggressive bone in him. He may be scared of humans but he is so very gentle with them.
